Port Hardy BC
We found the sunshine the other day at the north end of Vancouver Island around the Port Hardy area.
We also discovered a great bakery and had a decent prime rib dinner last night.
Bonus.
Yesterday we drove a few hours off pavement to the western side of the island and Cape Scott Provinicial Park.
We did the hike at San Josef through the woods and out to the beach.
Miss Sciency was not all that thrilled about the bumpy road and the dust.
But she enjoyed a cocktails, some grilled salmon and part of my prime rib after the bouncing around.
And apple struedel made by a real Austrian baker.
Life is good
